Nine migrants from Ghana, Angola, Ethiopia, and Congo-Brazzaville were expelled from the United States to Cameroon this week as part of an agreement between the two countries. These migrants, including six women and three men, arrived on Wednesday and are part of the third flight of this kind since January. Washington is paying Cameroon $30 million for its participation in this controversial program.
