Ebola in DRC: Health workers threaten strike, WHO warns about contamination

Healthcare workers fighting the Ebola epidemic in DRC are threatening to strike over unpaid salaries. The WHO has warned that the actual scale of the outbreak could be two to four times higher than official estimates. More than 700 people have died out of about 2,000 confirmed cases since May 15. The strike threat further complicates efforts to combat the virus.
